I’ve tried so many startup ideas that I stopped counting. Some I killed too early. Others I dragged along too long.

That’s part of the game — failing at the right moment.

Here’s one of my early favorites:

🍄 Chicken of the Woods

It’s a mushroom. It grows on trees. Tastes like chicken. Wild stuff.

I thought: this could be the cleanest meat alternative ever. Naturally grown, healthy, rich in protein.

Only problem? No one has figured out how to cultivate it. Not even scientists in labs.

So there I was — a computer science guy — thinking I’d crack it.

Spoiler: I didn’t.

Lesson: Some ideas are cool. But that doesn’t mean you’re the one to build them. Pick an idea you actually can build.
