It's actually quite simple.

  1. You need to start — as early as possible.

  2. You need to learn & adapt — new skills; from your mistakes, from others.

  3. You need to persevere — not matter what comes!

Don't wait for the perfect idea. You better start with a shit idea and change it later than keep waiting for the perfect idea.

Don't wait for building the perfect skills. Most skills you need you'll build while being an entrepreneur — not before.

Sure there's a lot of other things you need to do to be a successful entrepreneur. But as long as you start, keep learning and persevere — everything's gonna work out eventually. Good luck!

In the last years, I learned a lot about startups and entrepreneurship. I learned the hard way: I fell flat on my face with several ideas.
